Rates and Travel Costs

For new clients, a deposit of at least 25% of the booking fee is required via bank transfer. The travel costs for the high-class escorts represented by Eslabelle are calculated at €0.50 per kilometer. Transportation for your companion will be arranged by Eslabelle. Bookings are available for a minimum duration of 3 hours.

Payment


You are required to settle the agreed amount no later than upon the arrival of your high-class escort. Alternatively, you may agree with Eslabelle to pay part or the entire amount electronically (via bank transfer). In such cases, the payment must reach our account before the escort begins preparing for your appointment. Payments in currencies other than euros are not accepted. Post-payment is also not an option.

In the event of a failed payment (e.g., due to a canceled electronic payment or counterfeit money), we will enlist the assistance of third parties to recover the unpaid amount. Any additional costs incurred during this process will also be charged to you. Furthermore, as your personal data and booking information will be shared with third parties, such as debt collection agencies, we can no longer guarantee your privacy under our privacy policy.

Clientele Acceptance

At Eslabelle, we do not discriminate based on race, nationality, religion, or sexual preferences. Everyone eligible for our services is welcome. You are required to inform us in advance of the number of men and/or women who will be utilizing our services. Additionally, you must notify Eslabelle of the number of men and/or women present at the location where the booking will take place. Location Acceptance

At Eslabelle, we only offer out-call services. This means that your companion will come to you. The following locations are acceptable:

Key Requirements for International Bookings

Within Europe

Additional Requirements for International Bookings

  • Clients are expected to act as gracious hosts and ensure the comfort of their companion.
  • The companion must be provided with at least 6 hours of sleep per night.
  • For bookings of 48 hours or longer, the companion is entitled to 2 hours of private time per day for personal care and staying connected with home, work, or studies.
  • Companions are required to check in with Eslabelle daily. Clients must provide opportunities for private communication.
  • The companion must have regular access to the internet, be reachable at all times, and be provided with three meals a day at the client’s expense.

Payment Terms for International Bookings

  • A deposit of 40% of the total trip cost, including the mediation fee, is mandatory for all international bookings. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer.
  • Once the deposit is received, Eslabelle will proceed with reservations, bookings, and planning for the trip.
  • The remaining 60% must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the start of the booking.

All ticket, visa, and other travel-related expenses are subject to a 21% VAT, as Eslabelle operates in compliance with Dutch tax regulations.

Time

The high-class escorts represented by Eslabelle always strive to be punctual. However, unforeseen external circumstances may occasionally cause a delay in your companion’s arrival. We understand that your time is valuable, so if your escort is unexpectedly delayed, you have the option to cancel your appointment free of charge.

If your high-class escort arrives up to 30 minutes later than the agreed time, this delay will not affect your booking duration. The date will be extended by the equivalent time to ensure you can fully enjoy your experience.

If you experience a delay yourself, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. If your booked high-class escort is already en route to the meeting location or has arrived, a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time will apply without reducing your booking time. However, if your escort is required to wait beyond 15 minutes, this additional waiting time will be deducted from the duration of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that, like our high-class escorts, you were likely looking forward to your date. However, if you decide to cancel the booking, the following conditions will apply.

You may cancel a booking free of charge within 24 hours, provided no costs have been incurred for hotel reservations. If such costs have been incurred, they must still be paid. If you wish to cancel a last-minute booking, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If this is the second time you make a booking and cancel it consecutively (even within the 24-hour cancellation window), we will charge €400. This is because we have invested time into arranging your reservations twice. If you cancel three bookings in a row, we will charge €500 and will no longer offer you our services. We prefer to dedicate our time to clients who value our service.

In the unlikely event that your high-class escort does not meet your expectations due to personality, appearance, or other factors, you have the option to terminate your booking early. To qualify for this, you must notify Eslabelle within the first 10 minutes of the booking. In such cases, only the travel expenses of your high-class escort will be charged. Eslabelle will work with you to find a suitable solution.

We truly appreciate repeat bookings and value your continued interest in our services. However, arranging bookings tailored to your preferences requires a significant amount of time and effort. If you wish to cancel multiple bookings at once, cancellation fees will apply. This is because we have arranged several bookings for you and reserved time for our companions. For cancellations of multiple bookings, we will charge 25% of the total booking amount. We can provide you with an invoice for these costs upon request.

In the event that your high-class escort is unable to attend your appointment due to illness or other unavoidable reasons, Eslabelle will contact you to find a suitable alternative. Eslabelle is not liable for any damages or costs resulting from such a cancellation.

International Bookings


If you wish to cancel an international booking, you must notify us at least 3 days in advance. Only essential costs, such as flight tickets, will be deducted. If these costs cannot be reimbursed, they will be deducted from your prepayment. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

If you cancel less than 3 days before the booking starts, the booking cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Drug Use

It is strictly prohibited to offer any form of illegal drugs to the high-class escorts represented by Eslabelle, or to request that they bring or order drugs. If your high-class escort feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or uneasy due to your drug use, she reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Privacy and Discretion

It is strictly forbidden to request personal information from your escort, such as her real name, social media profiles, phone numbers, or other personal contact details. If you obtain such information and contact our current or former companions, you will be in violation of our terms and conditions. Breaching these terms may result in appropriate consequences, including a €1,000 fine. Failure to pay this fine will result in further action, including the involvement of a debt collection agency, with additional costs charged to you.

Privacy and Discretion of Our High-Class Escorts

Misuse of photos from our website or Member Portal will result in a fine of at least €5,000, with an additional €1,000 per day that the violation continues. Any liability on the part of Eslabelle is strictly limited to direct damages. Eslabelle is never liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

It is expressly prohibited to reproduce, publish, or exploit any of the marketing or sales materials, products, content from the website, working methods, or other intellectual property developed by Eslabelle, either independently or with the involvement of third parties, unless explicit written permission has been granted by Eslabelle.
