Travel during your booking

When you are on a date with your companion and wish to go out, for example to a restaurant, theatre, or another location, it is expected that you arrange the transportation. Appropriate transportation means private transport, such as your own car, a taxi, private driver, or a rental car. Public transport such as train, bus, or metro is not permitted during a date within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Transportation during an international booking

For international bookings, the train may be used to travel to the destination country. Once you have arrived, you are expected to arrange a rental car or taxi for all further transportation. This ensures a pleasant and suitable experience throughout the entire date.

Payment


You are required to settle the agreed amount no later than upon the arrival of your high-class escort. Alternatively, you may agree with Eslabelle to pay part or the entire amount electronically (via bank transfer). In such cases, the payment must reach our account before the escort begins preparing for your appointment. Payments in currencies other than euros are not accepted. Post-payment is also not an option.

In the event of a failed payment (e.g., due to a canceled electronic payment or counterfeit money), we will enlist the assistance of third parties to recover the unpaid amount. Any additional costs incurred during this process will also be charged to you. Clientele Acceptance

At Eslabelle, we do not discriminate based on race, nationality, religion, or sexual preferences. Everyone eligible for our services is welcome. You are required to inform us in advance of the number of men and/or women who will be utilizing our services. Additionally, you must notify Eslabelle of the number of men and/or women present at the location where the booking will take place.   • The companion must be provided with at least 6 hours of sleep per night.
  • For bookings of 48 hours or longer, the companion is entitled to 2 hours of private time per day for personal care and staying connected with home, work, or studies.
  • Companions are required to check in with Eslabelle daily. Clients must provide opportunities for private communication.
  • The companion must have regular access to the internet, be reachable at all times, and be provided with three meals a day at the client’s expense.

Payment Terms for International Bookings

  • A deposit of 40% of the total trip cost, including the mediation fee, is mandatory for all international bookings. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer.
  • Once the deposit is received, Eslabelle will proceed with reservations, bookings, and planning for the trip.
  • The remaining 60% must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the start of the booking.

All ticket, visa, and other travel-related expenses are subject to a 21% VAT, as Eslabelle operates in compliance with Dutch tax regulations.

Time

The high-class escorts represented by Eslabelle always strive to be punctual. However, unforeseen external circumstances may occasionally cause a delay in your companion’s arrival. We understand that your time is valuable, so if your escort is unexpectedly delayed, you have the option to cancel your appointment free of charge.

If your high-class escort arrives up to 30 minutes later than the agreed time, this delay will not affect your booking duration. The date will be extended by the equivalent time to ensure you can fully enjoy your experience.

If you experience a delay yourself, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. If your booked high-class escort is already en route to the meeting location or has arrived, a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time will apply without reducing your booking time. However, if your escort is required to wait beyond 15 minutes, this additional waiting time will be deducted from the duration of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Second cancellation: Is this the second consecutive booking you have cancelled, even if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance? In that case, the full booking amount will be charged. The same policy applies if you reschedule a booking for the second consecutive time.
  • Rescheduling a booking: If you reschedule the same booking for a second time, the full booking amount will become payable. This also applies if the second rescheduling request is made well before the 24-hour cancellation deadline.
  • Our escorts: All photographs on the Eslabelle website are genuine and recent. It is therefore highly unlikely that your high class escort will not meet your expectations. If you have any concerns, please call us within the first 10 minutes of your date. We will immediately work with you to find a suitable solution.

The remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel less than three days before the international booking begins, no refund will be available.

Drug Use

Failure to pay this fine will result in further action, including the involvement of a debt collection agency, with additional costs charged to you.
